Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct corrective maintenance tasks on PBBs, RTUs, and Apron System Equipment. Technicians are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical or mechanical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Perform preventive maintenance on PBBs, RTUs, and Apron System Equipment: They schedule and carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance, including cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating machinery.
- Troubleshooting of PBBs, RTUs, and Apron System Equipment: Technicians diagnose problems with equipment or systems, using tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
- Installing and upgrading equipment: Technicians may install new equipment, machinery, or systems and perform upgrades or modifications to existing ones, following technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Reading technical diagrams and manuals: Technicians interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to understand equipment operation, diagnose problems, and perform repairs accurately.
- Conducting tests and inspections: Technicians perform tests and inspections on electrical or mechanical systems to verify functionality, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Providing technical support: The technicians may assist other team members or departments with technical inquiries, training, or guidance related to equipment operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Following safety protocols: Technicians adhere to safety procedures and regulations to minimize risks of accidents, injuries, or equipment damage while performing maintenance or repair tasks.
